Deconstruction Support Group:
Rebuild and Reclaim

Hybrid (virtual & in-person)

with Ramona Pauls

8 Wednesdays:
Oct. 8, Oct. 22, Nov. 5, Nov. 19, Dec. 3, Dec. 17, 2025, Jan. 7, Jan. 21, 2026

For anyone navigating religious deconstruction, healing from religious trauma, and learning to trust themselves again.

This is more than a support group — it’s sacred space to listen deeply to your own story, discern your authentic path, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body and spirit. In the company of others who understand. You’ll be met with compassion and curiosity.

Together, we’ll explore topics such as:

  • Reclaiming our bodies from purity culture

  • Navigating authority & trusting our inner voice

  • Complex grief & cultivating new belonging

  • Understanding systems of power & spiritual abuse

Each 2.5-hour session will include a teaching or reflection prompt, open group conversation, and grounding embodiment practices to help you root more deeply into yourself.

Past participants have shared:

“I started to feel less alone, and began to fall into a truer version of myself.”

“The biggest area of growth for me was trusting myself… and knowing the path I’m choosing is okay, necessary, and authentic.”

If you know someone who might benefit, please share this with them — or repost on your social media.

Ramona Pauls

Ramona Pauls completed the Prairie Jubilee Program and has been studying the enneagram for some years, working with the lens of this ancient wisdom in her own spiritual practice, and in the direction space. Her spiritual roots are Christian, mostly found in the Mennonite church, and she has been on her own deconstruction journey, reinterpreting and reclaiming what holds true for her today. She has found much wisdom in other traditions and particularly in the mystic teachings. More about Ramona
