The practice of spiritual direction helps us remember who we are: embodied spiritual beings that carry the Divine spark in the world. It is in this space that I remember my wild spirit, my welcoming heart, and offer my gift of deep listening.

I completed the Prairie Jubilee Program  and have been studying the enneagram for some years, working with the lens of this ancient wisdom in my own spiritual practice, and in the direction space. My spiritual roots are Christian, mostly found in the Mennonite church, and I have been on my own deconstruction journey, reinterpreting and reclaiming what holds true for me today.  I have found much wisdom in other traditions and particularly in the mystic teachings. I am open to working with all, those from other spiritual traditions, or none. I’m interested in journeying with folks who are deconstructing old faith systems, offering opportunities for exploration, holding space for those in that dark in-between place, as old pillars fall and a new framework is being built.

I have found spiritual direction to be soul-healing work, where the fullness of our humanity may be seen, touched and nurtured with compassion. We learn to radically accept ourselves, to hear our own voice, and to notice the movement of Spirit.

I work and play in Treaty 1 Territory (Winnipeg), where I am happy to meet remotely or in person.
