There is a beauty in soul companionship that is unlike any other relationship. We may sit together in a room with candles and incense, or across the ether in a Zoom. We may walk together on the land, alongside our animals. However we meet, there is a connection there – between two souls being together, between these two souls and the Spirit offering quiet nudges towards questions, insights, feelings. Together, we may experience profound recognition – being seen, being heard, being accepted – or just being. I have been welcomed home to myself in such moments of connection. I have heard and seen the Divine work in others in such conversations. They are the stuff of wonder and wholeness.

What do I bring to this practice of soul companioning? I bring the beautiful training of the Pacific Jubilee SoulGuiding Program, completed in 2025. I offer a gentle and compassionate presence grounded in contemplative and Celtic Christianity. I am committed to a daily practice of morning and evening prayer and meditation. I embrace silence,  listening prayer, body awareness and journalling as spiritual practices of truth seeking. I have a passionate commitment to the land, to stewardship of our earth and compassionate relationships with animals.  I have the experience to journey through grief and loss, addiction, eco-anxiety, and the dark night of the soul.  And I have experience to offer in sobriety and reconciliation, hope and renewal, rebirth and joy.

I am open to accompanying people from all walks of life, offering spacious, non-judgmental listening and gentle guidance. I can be reached in the Central Kootenays at the email below or 778-238-3460.
