Ann Bower
I am a retired psychiatric nurse and certified coach with decades of experience supporting individuals through emotional, mental, and trauma-based challenges. My practice has always been centered on compassionate, trauma-informed care and a deep respect for the human spirit—especially in times of suffering, uncertainty, and transition.
Today, having graduated in 2025 from the Pacific Jubilee SoulGuiding program, I now offer spiritual direction with a focus on grief, loss, and end-of-life journeys. I serve individuals and families in hospice care and provide sacred presence to those navigating sorrow, change, and the deeper questions of meaning and faith.
A vital part of my work is rooted in land-based healing. I draw on the wisdom of nature, Indigenous teachings, and the medicine of the land to support spiritual grounding, reconnection, and renewal. I believe healing happens in relationship—with self, community, spirit, and the earth—and I create spaces where that connection can be restored.
I offer spiritual direction in person or by video.
