Spiritual direction is a marvellous gift that supports us in navigating life’s complexities. As a spiritual director, I am honoured to hold space for you and companion you on this precious adventure. In our time together, you will have the opportunity to explore whatever arises— be it silence, an awakening discovery, the weight of grief, or the lightness of joy. Whether you are facing a difficult decision, carrying a heavy heart for a loved one, or managing a health concern, I am here to walk this sacred path with you.
My foundation in spiritual direction began in 2008 and was deepened through the Pacific Jubilee SoulGuiding Program (2016–2018) and the Pacific Jubilee Mentorship Program (2018–2020), where I served in leadership. These experiences remain among the richest rewards of my life.
I have journeyed through both Catholicism and Evangelicalism, eventually finding my home as a contemplative. My spiritual roots are grounded in an enduring connection to all living things. This love extends to my large family, the animal kingdom and the natural world. I am nourished by sunshine, creative arts, physical movement, and exploration, whether at home in Canada or in distant lands.
With 35 years of experience as ordained clergy and an executive director in social services, I have a deep heart for all faith perspectives. I support those searching for a new "spiritual home," those who identify as "spiritual but not religious," and those who prefer no labels at all. As Joyce Rupp beautifully stated, “People gain so much hope when they know they are not experiencing something alone.”
In addition to my background in pastoral ministry and spiritual formation, I hold certifications in Yoga, SoulCollage®, Intuitive Eating , and Management and Leadership. My zest for life has led me to complete 12 half-marathons and an 800+ km trek—adventures for which I am deeply grateful.
I offer inclusive spiritual direction in-person or via phone, welcoming all genders and traditions. I invite you to connect with me to explore how we might walk together.

BEING HERE by Mark Nepo
Transcending down into
the ground of things is akin
to sweeping the leaves that
cover a path. There will always
be more leaves. And the heart
of the journey, the heart of our
own awakening, is to discover for
ourselves that the leaves are not
the ground, and that sweeping
them aside will reveal a path,
and finally, that
to fully live,
we must take the path and
keep sweeping it.
