From my earliest memories, I’ve been drawn to the dynamism of Life expressed through change, in its many and varied expressions — change of seasons, surroundings, perspectives, and ultimately our beliefs and experience of the Holy. It is from a place of deep curiosity and reverence that I explore and support our natural impulse to change, to grow and evolve. As a spiritual companion and leadership coach, I work in the dynamic, mysterious, and sacred territory of human development.
Spirituality is a deeply personal experience and in accompaniment we explore how you are being drawn toward something you may not be able to explain, though your desire is undeniable. Maybe you are wrestling with what you were taught to believe and no longer do in the same way. Or perhaps you have come to place where the mystery of it all is beyond what language can describe, or dogma can codify.

I descend from rich heritage of Jewish and Catholic ancestry and am drawn to the Perennial Wisdom traditions and teachings from across the ages. I have studied and trained widely, in classrooms and sacred circles, and amid it all I invite our intuition and our unique encounter to be our guides.
I completed the Pacific Jubilee SoulGuiding program in 2025 and have been a spiritual companion in the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life (Seattle/Tacoma) since 2021. While corporate workplaces shaped my early career, the mystics and poets now beckon my soul, and dance nourishes my spirit and body. After living in several US and European cities, my husband and I now live in Seattle where I’m grateful to be surrounded by the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
