I earned a certificate as a spiritual director/companion through Ontario Jubilee. I am presently furthering my education as a wellness life coach.  

I have always connected with the Divine and the spiritual.  I grew up Catholic and over the years have embraced the mystical which encouraged a thirst for knowledge.  It has led me down a path to not only study different spiritual modalities, but to develop them as well.  I am a Reiki Master and have a spiritual practice as a medium/intuitive where I use channeled writing, runes and oracle cards.  I have earned a Certificate as a Teacher of Dreamwork and Meditation through Atlantic University, Virginia Beach. 

My spiritual journey has directed  me down many different paths and I enjoy being a life-long learner. In my quest to seek and connect with the sacred, I feel guided to support and companion others on their own spiritual journey. In being a spiritual companion, I offer to walk along and to hold sacred space with deep listening, compassion, empathy and spaciousness whilst individuals deepen and explore their relationship and personal connection with Divine or the Holy.
