Hello and welcome here! I am Maria Vigna, a Spiritual Director and Companion.

I am here to listen to you and to bear witness to your spiritual journey. Through my background of energy balancing modalities of Reiki and BodyTalk, and my own life experiences, I have learned the importance of listening to the wisdom of the body and of the interconnection of body, mind and spirit.

In our sessions together, we will meet life with all its Mystery- in the deep, at the edges or somewhere in between. We will follow the lead of the Spirit and embrace the wisdom of embodiment – the wholeness being.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation. This will be a time to introduce ourselves and it is an opportunity to begin to consider/discern if we continue to work together.

Most of my sessions are via Zoom. If you live in Toronto, I offer walking sessions on Saturdays.
