As a Spiritual Companion

There is that moment. That moment where something… shifts. Something unseen becomes visible, something unknown or exiled comes home. As subtle as a whisper or bold and breathtaking, it comes as an epiphany, a release, a reconciliation. It comes as grace and by grace. Something shifts – it may seem tiny, yet – we are somehow more whole and freer to love. Doing my human best to be the presence of non-judgement, deep listening and unconditional love, I offer spiritual accompaniment in the hope and promise of transfigurations large and small.

Lois is a spiritual director trained in Pacific Jubilee (2004-06), author, artist, and silent retreat leader. For 12 years, she was a program mentor and administrator of the Pacific Jubilee Program. She is a past Director of Spiritual Nurture at Naramata Centre and enjoyed a 30-year tenure at Wood Lake Publishing.
