Darrow Woods
I live in Kingsville, in Essex County, Ontario, and serve as the United Church pastor in nearby Harrow. I’m an avid cyclist, a runner, and write regularly for two local newspapers. My mystery, “The Book of Answers” was shortlisted for a Crime Writers of Canada award for unpublished novels, and is still a work in progress.
I’m deeply grateful for my time with the Ontario Jubilee Program. In recent years, I’ve enjoyed a fruitful connection with the School for Contemplative Living, based in New Orleans.
I’ve moved from the style of spiritual direction involving a “director and directee.” I’m available for companioning: intentional conversations with people also seeking to find their way. These special friendships are often with people in some form of ministry.
