The enneagram teaches that solitude, silence and stillness are three disciplines that offer gifts and invite us to enter more deeply into the intimacy of relationship with the One who waits for us despite the noise and busyness of our lives. Times of solitude and silence are necessary for those who desire tranquility and rest for their souls. Enjoy a few hours together with others who want to enter more intentionally into the discipline and delight of being still enough to connect with their own inner wisdom.

Miriam is a spiritual director and educator living in Kitchener. She is a member of the Ontario Jubilee Facilitating Team. Her favourite spiritual practices are working with dreams, learning from the enneagram, and abiding in solitude and stillness.
In 1999 Miriam began to study the enneagram, first in Chicago at Loyola University and after that for over ten years through enneagram North in Toronto. She continues to learn about herself and those she accompanies using the wisdom of the enneagram. Through the various spaces on the enneagram, she believes we encounter an invitation into the depths of our soul.
