Body Prayer as a Spiritual Practice
(Soul Work and Spiritual Practice Series: Session 2)
Wednesday, February 3 - 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm ET
With Catherine Maine
As we regularly repeat spiritual practices with reverence, they can aid us in remaining in touch with the Spirit. When we do a practice like body prayers, words are joined with gestures. Together they can act as an anchor to help strengthen us, offer solace and bring joy. Over time, their meaning can shift and deepen, bringing new understandings to draw upon to use for good. During this session, we will learn some simple body prayers and I will share tips for creating them along with my experiences with that process.
Join us as we continue to explore the connection between Soul Work and Spiritual Practice!
