Searching for Prairie Jubilee

Prior to joining my cycle in Prairie Jubilee, I had been in search for something deeper. Deeper within myself and my life. I had attained my goals and was left feeling that something was still lacking and missing. I spent lots of time reading and seeking some meaning that would help balance what I felt was missing spiritually. I found lots of material but struggled to integrate my new found knowledge into my everyday life.

Enrolling in Prairie Jubilee was one of the best decisions I made. The teachings from the leadership gave me words for the patterns, habits, motivations, and unconscious ways I related to myself, others and God. The teachings of the enneagram, gave me a language and a supportive community that had been absent from my life. I was gently guided back toward who I truly am beneath all the layers of who I thought I was or had to be.

The contemplative practices taught along with the enneagram knowledge, laid a solid foundation and became the bridge that connected and deepened my self awareness. The spiritual practices also helped me connect with my own spirituality and relationship with God.

Prairie Jubilee held the container in which I could explore these things with great support, wisdom and compassion. Over time, I found myself living with a greater unification. Instead of operating primarily from my head, I began learning to trust the wisdom of my heart and the intuitive knowing of my body. As an enneagram FIVE with strong EIGHT and TWO qualities, this journey has been an invitation for me to grow into a fuller way of being.

My time of transformation in Prairie Jubilee has awakened a desire in me to share these teachings with others. I know what it feels like to long for something deeper and not have the knowledge or framework to understand the journey.

By joining the Prairie Jubilee Leadership team, I hope to offer others what was so generously given to me. A safe place to walk a path of self-discovery, with compassionate awareness and contemplative practices that lead others to not become someone new, but to remember who they have been all along.

A new Cycle of Prairie Jubilee begins on September 25th. Is it time to remember who you are?
